1. Baked Quinoa Chickpea Square Bites

Ingredients needed

  • 50 grams chickpeas (cooked and mashed)

  • 20 grams of cooked quinoa

  • 20 grams of whole wheat flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon powdered sesame seeds

  • 5 grams unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Take a bowl and mix all wet ingredients, including melted butter, beaten egg, honey and vanilla essence.

  • Take another bowl and stir together the whole wheat flour, chickpea puree, salt, baking soda, quinoa and sesame seeds. Formulate a soft dough.

  • Cut cookie-like sizes out of this dough

  • Bake until crispy brown.

  • Start by taking a pan and lightly toasting or sautéing all the nuts in it.

  • Now take another pan and melt the cane sugar in it over medium heat.

  • When you’re done, mix the lemon zest with the baked nuts and mix it with the melted cane sugar.

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a flat surface and drizzle the peanut butter and melted dark chocolate over it

  • Let it retract for a while.

  • Cut the bar into small rectangles and wrap and enjoy while snacking.

4. Leftover Chapati Pizza

Ingredients needed

  • Homemade leftover chapati

  • 50 grams Mushrooms (minced)

  • 50 grams bell pepper (minced)

  • olives

  • 20 grams of cottage cheese (puree)

  • Oregano to taste

  • Chili flakes to taste


  • Take the chapati and spread pizza sauce over it.

  • Divide the toppings of mushrooms, bell pepper and olives on top and fry until golden brown.

  • Sprinkle over some chili flakes and oregano and enjoy!
