Ingredients needed

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 grams carrot (sliced)
  • 50 grams celery (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)

Method

  • Take a pan and put some oil in it and stir fry the shredded chicken for at least 5 minutes.
  • Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and add a tablespoon of butter, bay leaves and garlic cloves and stir fry the onion, carrot and celery. Now add the salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Add the chicken stock, stir-fried chicken and noodles and simmer until a thick consistency is obtained.

Method
