Melt chocolate, butter, salt and coffee in a bowl using the double boiler method.

Mix all ingredients evenly with a spatula. Let it cool completely at room temperature.

Beat the cream, sugar and vanilla together until soft peaks appear.

Add the cooled chocolate ganache and beat until the chocolate is evenly mixed.

Spoon the mousse into small bowls and refrigerate overnight.

Crumble Oreo cookies and add melted butter.

Press the bottom of a springform pan and place in the fridge.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence and add the melted chocolate. Beat until smooth.

Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.

Turn off the heat and mix salt and vanilla essence.

Strain the soup and serve with a cinnamon stick.
