  • 2 pounds chicken legs (about 8)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

This is how you make it:

  1. Combine the spices in a small bowl.
  2. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the herbs and toss to coat. Place on an oiled baking tray.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
