To prepare this watermelon kulfi, take 2 cups each of watermelon and muskmelon cubes and mash them separately, and keep them in separate bowls. Now take a large bowl and mix them together with cucumber puree, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar-free powder and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well and pour into kulfi moulds. Place them in the freezer until set. It may take at least a few hours.
