What is your favorite caramel dessert?

Sweet tooth out there, this one is for you. Have you ever been absolutely, irrevocably and head over heels in love with caramel?

Once you’ve done that, you’ll be thrilled and appreciate these delicious recipes made with caramel sauce, salted caramel, or chunks of caramel.

They taste as great as they look. Without further ado, let’s start the caramel-like journey!

Caramel no bake cheesecake

Grind digestive biscuits, pour in butter and caramel sauce and mix.

Put the sand mixture in a cake tin and press the bottom. Let it cool for 30 minutes.

Mix soft cheese, salted caramel sauce, vanilla and sugar. Add the filling to the cold base.

Smooth the top and place in the fridge. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the cheesecake.

Caramel chocolate dumplings

Heat cream and salt until boiling. Remove from heat and set aside.

Caramelize the sugar by melting it until it is reddish brown.

Remove from the heat and add the hot cream, stirring vigorously. Add butter and vanilla.

Melt chocolate and butter. Put it and ground hazelnut in a mold and make a base, then add caramel and cover with more chocolate. Cool and serve.

Lightly grease a baking tray. Place sugar and honey in a large saucepan of water over low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil and let it bubble.

Remove from heat and quickly add sodium bicarbonate. Immediately pour into the dish and allow to cool and set completely.

Break the toffee into bite-sized pieces.

Mix apple slices with sugar, lemon juice, flour, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Toss them and keep them separate.

Roll out cooled pie dough and line the bottom and sides of a pie dish.

Layer the apples, cover with salted caramel sauce and bake.

Then put dough stripes on the cake like a fabric, apply egg wash and bake again.

Caramel chocolate chip cookies

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence until nice and creamy. Sift baking powder, salt and flour into a bowl.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Add chocolate chips and caramel chips to the dough and stir to combine.

Make cookie balls and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool.
