In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup flaxseed powder, 1.5 cups curd/buttermilk, salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 paprika. Mix well and let the batter rest for 10-20 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased pan to form a cheela and fry on both sides. Serve with chutney. (Image: istock)
