This mango cake recipe belongs to member Rose Cruz Pascual, who posted it to the group in June 2020.
- 1 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased pan of your choice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
