Spices from the West is the first event in the third stage of Genshin Impact and combines world exploration, cooking and interacting with your favorite characters in the Serenitea Pot.
During this event, travelers will assist Sumeru researcher Nazafarin in creating new spices to prepare fragrant dishes.

Genshin Impact, Spices from the West Guide
The Spices from the West event lasts three weeks and is divided into two main parts. The first is about making spices using Nazafarin’s cooking device.
In the second part, travelers will share their creations with the characters resting in the Serenitea Pot.
Unfortunately, the option to change your characters is still not available, but it can happen before the event ends.

For the preparation of spices it is necessary to collect ingredients and add them at the right time and in the right order, bring extra in case you make mistakes.

Fragrant dishes and character reactions
Fragrant dishes are created by adding spices to existing dishes in your inventory. After cooking, bring these fragrant dishes to your characters resting in the Serenitea Pot to get their unique response.
These are all the dishes that can become fragrant dishes and the reactions of characters based on who likes it and who doesn’t. For characters not on the list, their reactions are just neutral.
