Aloo 65 Recipe I How To Make Aloo 65 Hyderabad Style:

Take 5 raw potatoes and soak them in water. Grate the potatoes and submerge the grated potatoes in water. After some time, drain the water and squeeze out the excess. Add some maida to the grated potatoes, also add corn starch, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste and mix everything well. Then add some salt and make small balls of the mixture.

Bake these balls on medium heat until crisp and golden brown. Do not touch the balls until they boil a little and start to float. Then turn and cook from all sides. Then take some curd, add cornstarch and Kashmiri red chili powder. Now heat some oil in a pan, fry some garlic, whole red peppers and curry leaves. Add onions and coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala and black pepper powder. Add the cottage cheese mixture to the pan. You can add some water if you want. Add some salt and mix everything well. Sprinkle with some lemon juice and add the baked potato balls to the gravy, bring to a boil and serve warm with the garnish of coriander leaves.
