Best Thanksgiving Casserole Recipes - Easy Thanksgiving Casseroles

When you think of Thanksgiving stews, we bet you can imagine the two famous ones: green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole. We’re here to tell you that there are SO MANY more casseroles to fill your table this holiday season. It’s true, for a lot of people, it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without the OGs, so we would never suggest you ditch them for alternatives. However, if you’re having a BIG meal, or just want to change your leftover game, we definitely recommend diversifying a bit. These stews are comforting, relatively easy to put together, and most can even be made ahead of time (you gotta love that!). Check out our 26 Thanksgiving stews for ideas.

Let’s start with the classics. We’ve got 5 (!) green bean recipes right here – everything from a vegan version to a version loaded with bacon and cheese (what can we say, we’ve got layers). We also have 4 (!) sweet potato stews – something for everyone, whether you like marshmallows, pecans or prefer something savory.

Do you want to change it? We have a variety of other stews that would be equally at home on your Thanksgiving table. Check out our Harvested Chicken Casserole, our Butternut Squash Casserole, or our Classic Corn Casserole. We’ve also added a few casseroles that are great for using up Thanksgiving leftovers, like our chicken stuffing casserole or our turkey casserole. They are a great way to give new life to your leftovers.

When you’re focused on the big dinner, it can be easy to forget the other two meals of the day. To Prevent Afternoon Hangover Pains (Definitely) not a good idea if there’s family around), we’ve also added a few simple breakfast dishes. Also check out our breakfast strata, our keto breakfast dish and our egg and hash brown casserole. Prepare them the night before and put them in the oven first. Hot tip: Make them in a foil tray so you can save all your fun casseroles for the main event.
