First take some potatoes and boil them. Roast tomatoes until boiling in a pan or directly over the gas flame. Finely chop the onion and coriander leaves. When the potatoes boil, let them cool and mash with roasted tomato. Then add the chopped onion and coriander with salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Combine them well. Finally, add mustard oil and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
