2 parts grapefruit appetizer
1.5 parts Cocchi Americano
Stir the ingredients together in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a quarter slice of grapefruit and enjoy!

Splash of raspberry eau de vie
1 part fresh lemon juice
½ part Blackcurrant Leaf Syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh raspberries.
