Brussels sprouts can be combined with anything to make a good salad. Use tomatoes, potatoes, cress, etc. along with some lime or other dressing. You have a healthy and delicious salad. Add some vegetables like carrot or beetroot and herbs for more flavors. Depending on personal preferences, anything can be added to the salad.

Khichdi is popular in every Indian household for its simplicity. You can use herbs and your choice of sprouts along with oats. Heat some oil in a wok. Add the water in which the oats have been soaked. Then add spices as desired and season with salt. Cook until the excess water is gone. Any vegetables of your choice can always be added to make it more nutritious.

This recipe can be used with any sprouts of your choice. All you need to do is lightly sauté the sprouts with mild spices or flavorings, depending on your preference. Cook them longer to make them more mushy. Garnish with fresh parsley. Brussels sprouts are great for sautéing.
