Butter Chicken Kulcha Recipe: This is how you make Butter Chicken Kulcha
First add roasted onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and some cashew nuts in a pan. When that’s done, take it out and mix it into a sauce. Pour this into a kadhai with some oil and let it come to a boil. Toss in the chicken pieces with the necessary spices. Once that’s done, keep it aside. Now take a pan and put some butter in it. Then place a kulcha and put the chicken pieces on it. Now place another kulcha from above. Flip it over and cook from the other side. Cut it into two equal parts before serving.
