That’s why Chrissy Teigen recently shared an ice cream sundae recipe with a healthy twist. Filled with ice cream, peanut butter and bananas, this ‘banana split; recipe is sweet, satisfying and healthy. This way you can make this delicious dessert at home, without any hassle!
*A Mature bananapeeled
*Half cup full-fat Greek yogurt
*A tablespoon of honey
*A tablespoon of natural peanut butter (preferably a looser style so it can be drizzled on)
*A tablespoon of toasted coconut
*A tablespoon of chopped peanuts
*A strawberry, sliced
*A teaspoon of mini dark chocolate chips or chocolate curl
*Cut the banana lengthwise and crosswise so that you have four pieces
* Arrange them on a plate and use a small ice cream scoop or large spoon
*Add two scoops of yogurt on top of the bananas
* Sprinkle the peanuts butter and honey on the yogurt
* Sprinkle with the coconut and peanuts
* Garnish with the strawberry slices and chocolate
