Cocktail of the week: Luca’s smaquiri – recipe | Cocktails

Few things are more Italian than Campari, and here it brings that familiar color and signature bitterness to a refreshing twist on the classic daiquiri.


Serves 1

40 ml mezcal
10 ml pineapple juice
20 ml lime juice
5 ml sugar syrup
15ml Campari
to conduct

Pour the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well. Double strain into a martini glass or coupe (a chilled one, if you prefer), float the Campari on top, and serve.
