If you’re craving a snack, instead of reaching for a bag of chips, make this filling and super yummy Paneer Tikka Roll. You can also eat it for dinner, make sure you don’t eat it too late at night. Marinate breadcrumbs by adding curd, chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, besan, chat masala and garam masala. Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Now take a non-stick pan and grease it with some oil. Place the marinated paneer in the pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. For the roll, place a chapati on the pan and put some pieces of paneer tikka on it. Add chopped onions, green chutney, tomato ketchup and some mayonnaise. Roll up the chapati, cook for 1 minute and serve hot with mint dip.
