Drool-Worthy 20-Minute Salmon Recipe With Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 – 6 salmon fillets, with skin on

Garlic Cream Sauce


  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 lemon, squeezed and grated


This is how you make it:


  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cook the fish, skin side down, for about 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the fish over and continue to cook until cooked through, about 2 to 3 more minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. For the sauce, melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the flour and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the milk, cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice. Whisk to combine, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fish back to the pan.
