Martha Stewart just made breakfast fun and easy for the whole family with this refreshing muffin recipe! On May 14, Stewart posted a mouthwatering snapshot of the colorful muffins we want to try out ASAP.
She posted the photo of the corn muffins on her Instagram page with the caption, “Strawberry and rhubarb are a famous combination, but the blueberry is also a great dance partner for rhubarb. These easy muffins come together in one bowl so you can make everyone’s morning.” : @johnny_miller_ recipe + food styling: @sarahcarey1 prop styling: @tanyagraff1.”
The delicious recipe requires quite a few ingredients, such as all-purpose flour, rhubarb, kosher salt, blueberries, and vanilla extract, just to name a few. The best thing about this recipe is that it only takes a little more than two steps and you can enjoy it in just over an hour.
You start by lining a 12-cup muffin tin with baking cups to prepare them and in no time you’ll be baking them up to 30 minutes.
According to Stewart, if you want the rhubarb and blueberries on top to show up as pictured, keep some aside to add to the top before baking.
