STEAK AND ASPARAGUS STIR FRY ON THE TABLE IN 20 MINUTES: TRY THE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 pound cod fillets

¾ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 large garlic clove, finely chopped

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley, packed

½ lemon, squeezed

½ teaspoon lemon zest, packed

Salt pepper

Travel directions:

  1. Grease a baking dish and place your cod in it.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Drizzle lemon butter over the fish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine panko, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter and stir until blended.
  4. Add the panko mixture to the cod, pressing lightly so that it adheres to the cod. It’s okay if some panko falls off the fish.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 11 to 16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your cod. Place a piece of foil over your baking dish if the panko browns too quickly. Cod is done when the thickest part is opaque and flaky.
