On May 31, De Laurentiis posted a photo that immediately made our bellies rumble. Great for adults and kids alike, this new dessert recipe is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. She posted the photo to her page @thegiadzy with the caption: “Memorial day often feels like the unofficial start of summer, and that means s’mores season is here. 🙌 Start off with these perfectly messy, insanely delicious s’ more brownies!”

Now Memorial Day is over, but our love for these decadent treats is not. This beginner-friendly recipe should be divided into three parts when collecting the ingredients. For the crust, it’s a simple, lofty take on a graham cracker crust. For the brownie part, you can grab some basic ingredients like all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar, just to name a few. Don’t forget the mini marshmallows for the topping!

It can take over an hour between prep and baking to make it perfect. Don’t worry, the step-by-step recipe is pretty easy to follow. You start by mixing the graham crackers and sugar in a food processor. You can pour the delicious brownie batter over the crust in no time at all before putting it in the oven. Get the kids involved when it’s time to top it off with mini marshmallows!
