How To Make Egg Masala | Easy Egg Masala Recipe
For the eggs, first mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste for the spice paste. Smear the boiled eggs in it. Deep-fry the seasoned eggs and drain on absorbent paper. Cut them in half. Then heat for the base oil in a pan and add cumin, green pepper, hing, onions, ginger and garlic. Saute the onions until they are golden brown. Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red pepper and salt. sauté.
Now add tomatoes and cook until the oil leaves the sides and add water to deglaze. Add the fried eggs. Brush the eggs into the masala. Pour over the tadka. Garnish with coriander leaves. serve. For the tadka, add oil to a small pan. When the oil is hot, add Kashmiri chili, methi seed, cumin seed, mustard seed and curry leaves. Let it crackle. Pour over the eggs. The egg mass is ready!
