Fireball Popsicle Recipes to Brighten Up Your Minnesota Summer

Fireball Popsicle Recipes to Brighten Up Your Minnesota Summer

Now that spring is finally here after what seemed like an endless winter, I thought this would be a good idea to spice up the season a bit. If you like hot whiskey but want to cool off during those summer temperatures, a Fireball popsicle may be just what the doctor ordered.

I’m not entirely sure if these Fireball ice creams will actually cool you down, but you’ll probably feel pretty good anyway, right?

I found a few recipes so you can make your own Fireball popsicles.

Fireball Carrot Beer Ice Cream

– 2 cups of root beer of any brand

-1/4 to 1/2 cup Fireball whiskey

-just a splash of grapefruit juice

Mix all ingredients together and pour into popsicle molds. If using molds without sticks, use standard popsicle sticks

Freeze them overnight (8 hours min) and make sure they are set before removing them from the mold. If it’s not firm, put it in the freezer for another 2 to 3 hours.

If you want to change things up a bit, try this Apple Cider flavored Fireball Popsicle;

Fireball Apple Cider Popsicles

-2.5 cups apple cider (any brand)

-1/4 to 1/2 cup Fireball whiskey

-1/3 cup cherry grenadine

Mix the cider and whiskey together and pour into the popsicle moulds, leaving enough room in each mold to pour in the grenadine afterward.

If using molds without sticks, use standard popsicle sticks

Freeze them overnight (8 hours min) and make sure they are set before removing them from the mold. If it’s not firm, put it in the freezer for another 2 to 3 hours.

Enjoy and suck responsibly!
