Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy.

Add four cups of powdered sugar, gradually in batches, beating continuously to combine well.

Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Beat on medium speed until mixture is creamy and spreadable.

This easy frosting can be quickly prepared and used on birthday cakes and muffins.

Swiss meringue buttercream

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, regular sugar and salt.

Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water, but the water should not touch the bowl.

Whip this mixture when hot, then remove from heat and beat until soft peaks appear.

Add the butter in batches and continue to mix well until each batch is well blended.

This crust or does not get dry.

Glucose, glycerine, gelatin, vanilla extract and water: that’s all you need to make fondant!

Thicken gelatin in cold water, then heat in a double boiler. Add corn syrup and glycerin.

Stir in the butter and remove from the heat. Mix in the vanilla extract.

In a bowl, combine the icing sugar and the lukewarm gelatin mixture. Knead until smooth.

Roll it out evenly and cover your cake with layers.

Beat in half a cup of flour, a cup of sugar and salt. Then add one and a half cups of whole milk.

Heat until mixture thickens and begins to bubble. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the mixture with an electric mixer to lighten it.

Add vanilla essence and butter and continue beating until light and fluffy.
