To start with the recipe, coat the boneless chicken pieces first. To do this, take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper and ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add the diced chicken to the bowl and coat nicely with the flour mixture. Keep aside.
Meanwhile, take a frying pan, add oil and heat it. When done, drop the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy. Note: If you want extra crispy chicken, you can double fry the chicken pieces.
