And if you are like us, you are constantly looking for recipes that are packed with cheese. We recently came across such a recipe that will be the perfect dish for any cheese lover out there. It’s called cheese chips – and trust me, the recipe has nothing but cheese (like literally!). Just sounds so perfect, right? And the best part is that cheese chips can be a perfect dish for those on a ketogenic diet – the dish is high in fat and low in carbohydrates. So what are you waiting for? Special weekend recipe: How to make cheese chips at home:
There is more than one way to make these super easy cheese chips. First, you can shred cheddar and parmesan cheese, place on a baking sheet and bake. Second, you can just take a slice of cheese (available in the market), cut it into bite-sized pieces and bake it.
Here we’ve made it easier – take a slice of cheese, cut into four squares, sprinkle over some Italian herbs, garlic powder and chili flakes and bake. You can also sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top for that extra flavor and texture.
