To start with the recipe, all you need to do is wash the bhindi and cut it into pieces. Once done, fry until all stickiness is gone. When you are done, take out the fried bhindi and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a kadhai, add jeera along with chopped onion and fry for about 3-4 minutes. Once the onions turn translucent, add tomato paste and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and let the mixture cook well.
