Kharbooja Cooler Recipe | How to make Muskmelon – Cucumber Cooler:

To make this dish you will need diced melon, sugar syrup, lemon, mint leaves, ice cubes, cucumber juice, sliced ​​cucumber and tonic water. You can use edible flour for garnish.

First take diced melon, sugar syrup, lemon, mint leaves in a shaker. Crush them well. Then add ice cubes, close the lid and shake well. Strain into a glass.

Add crushed ice, cucumber juice and tonic water to it. Finally, garnish with sliced ​​cucumber and edible flour (optional) and serve.
