To make this particular dish, we’ll need rice, salt, oil, garlic paste, spring onion (chopped), cooked chicken (chopped), celery (chopped), soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce.

Start by cooking the rice with some salt and oil. Do not overcook the rice; in fact, it boils 70 to 80 percent before the bite. Drain the rice when it is cooked and rinse it under cold water. Add some oil to the rice and let it rest for a while.

Meanwhile, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until the onion turns light brown in color. Add chicken to this and stir-fry well. Then add the soy sauce, vinegar and chili sauce and stir everything together.
