Jillian has put together the perfect recipes for everything from cocktails to pizzas to delicious desserts and everything in between.
Her most recent recipe has Bachelor Nation fans salivating over a sweet and salty treat that’s perfect for a spring or summer gathering.
Jillian took to social media to share her recipe for Vegan Baked Strawberry Bruschetta, and alongside a video of her assembling the dish, she wrote: “Four words… Vegan Baked Strawberry Bruschetta! If you like sweet and salty, this appy is for you! It’s seriously so easy to whip up and is such a crowd pleaser, make sure to save this recipe for your next little get-together!”
The video quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views and fans can’t get enough of this delicious dish.
You only need a few ingredients for this dish: a bowl of strawberries, vegan goat cheese, olive oil, your favorite bread, fresh basil, coarse salt and balsamic glaze.

- Wash and chop a tub of strawberries and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Add a cup of vegan goat cheese to the center of the dish; Jillian uses Black Sheep Voursin.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the strawberries and vegan cheese.
- Finely chop a handful of fresh basil.
- Toast your favorite bread and cut it into strips.
- Bake the strawberries and vegan cheese for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven, stir the mixture and garnish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, the freshly chopped basil and coarse salt.
- Spoon the mixture onto toasted bread slices and enjoy!
