• 12oz bag of Cheez-It crackers

• 1/2 cup flavorless oil

• 1oz pack of ranch mix

• 2-4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Travel directions: Mix oil and spices in a large bowl. Add crackers and toss to coat. Bake at 250° for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.

SIMPLE SLOW COOKER BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

In your slow cooker add:

• 1 pound skinless chicken breasts

• 1/2 cup Buffalo WING sauce

• 1oz pack of ranch mix

• 8oz block of cream cheese (I use 1/3 less fat for this)

Travel directions: Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. The chicken will shred easily with two forks and stir well to combine into cheesy goodness. Serve on hamburger or slider buns, with fries or crackers, or even in salad boats or with celery for a low-carb option!

• 8oz cream cheese

• 1 cup grated smoked gouda

• 3/4 cup crumbled bacon (a 2.5 oz bag!)

• 1/3 cup sliced ​​green onions (a small bunch)

• black pepper, to taste

• 1 cup chopped pecans

• String cheese, for garnishing football lace

Travel directions: Combine all ingredients except pecans. Form into a football shape with your hands and top with pecans. Cut one long and three short strips of string cheese to put on top as laces and enjoy!
