First, mix the coconut, turmeric, cumin seeds and green chilies, along with some water, into a paste. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add the ground paste to it. Cook on a simmer for five minutes. Add salt, water and cottage cheese. Mix well. Add the mangoes and let them simmer for five minutes. Heat some oil for the tadka. Add the red peppers, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour the tadka over the mango curry and serve warm.
