Rinse chicken drumsticks in cold water and cooked meat with a sharp knife. Even cut into quarters. In a large bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, sugar, mul yut (substitute honey), and ground pepper. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now in a blender, combine gochugaru, onion, garlic, soy sauce, pear, mustard and sugar. When you’re done, set it aside for later use. The cook prepares chicken in a frying pan or frying pan with a non-stick coating. Take out just the chicken and leave any excess ingredients in a skillet or skillet. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thoroughly with the blended sauce. In the same skillet or skillet, add olive oil to taste and cook for another five minutes over medium heat. Serve hot on a plate.
