You can serve these chopped chicken lollipops with tomato ketchup, or the Indian beloved pudina chutney!
Chopped chicken lollipop recipe: how to make chopped chicken wings at home
Mix minced chicken with ginger-garlic paste. If you don’t have ground chicken, grind boneless chicken, ginger, and garlic cloves until smooth and finely chopped like a paste. Add cornstarch, pepper, green coriander, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to the mixture and mix well. Keep this separate.
Make a thin batter with flour and water. Make a lollipop of the mixture, place a popsicle stick in the middle, dip the chicken lollipop in the batter and fry until crispy and golden brown. You can freeze the coated raw lollipops and bake them later whenever you want.
