  1. Egg sandwich

Ingredients needed

  • 2 boiled eggs (chopped)

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 carrot (grated)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chili powder to taste

  • Multigrain bread, 2 pieces

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Method

  • Take a bowl and put in it the chopped eggs, onion, tomato and carrot and mix well. Now sprinkle salt, pepper and chili powder over it and mix well.

  • Now take a pan and heat some olive oil in it. Fill the egg mixture between the two pieces of multigrain bread and toss it into the pan until crispy.

  • Serve hot.

Ingredients needed

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas

  • Chili powder to taste

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Method

  • Take a bowl and beat the egg in it with the onion, tomatoes, red pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder.

  • Now take a pan and heat the olive oil in it. Cook and stir in egg mixture until completely scrambled.

  • When you’re done, keep it aside.

  • In the same pan, add some olive oil and turn a tortilla on each side until grilled.

  • Now add the scrambled egg mixture on one side and hide it well.

  • Serve hot.

  • 1 egg

  • 2 proteins

  • 1 teaspoon green bell pepper, diced

  • Take a microwave safe mug and coat it well with olive oil. Now combine the ingredients including egg, egg whites, paprika, carrot, salt and ground pepper in it.

  • Keep it in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir the ingredients well.

  • Now put in the microwave again for 1 to 1.5 minutes or until the eggs are completely cooked and enjoy.

  • 4 eggs

  • 20 grams onions, chopped

  • 20 grams tomatoes, diced

  • 20 grams chopped coriander

  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste

  • ½ teaspoon garam masala

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Method

  • Take a pan and heat the olive oil in it. Stir-fry the onions, peppers, tomatoes and dry herbs until you smell a soft scent.

  • Now lower the heat and crack the eggs over this mixture.

  • When the side is cooked, flip the other side and cook well.

  • When both sides are well cooked, lower the heat and sprinkle finely chopped coriander over it.

  • Serve hot.
