Breadcrumbs are coated in a cornmeal batter and deep fried to give crispy breadcrumbs that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The crispy and delicious paneer cubes are bathed in a flavorful gravy made from chili sauce, schezwan sauce, soy sauce and sugar to give this breading dish. Serve this sweet and spicy paneer crispy with nasi or Hakka noodles and you have a party on a plate!
Paneer Crispy Recipe: How To Make Paneer Crispy At Home?
In a bowl, make a thin batter of ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt, cornstarch and water. Dip paneer cubes into the batter and deep-fry the coated paneer until crisp. Heat oil in a pan, add green pepper, garlic, ginger-garlic paste, schezwan sauce and sesame seeds and cook for a few seconds. Add some water, chili sauce and soy sauce. Season with black pepper, sugar and salt. Add the fried paneer cubes to the prepared sauce. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Paneer crispy is ready! Serve hot.
