To start the recipe, we must first prepare the filling. To do this, heat oil in a container, add turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida, onions, tomato and fry for half a minute. Add the peas, potatoes, salt and chili powder to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes.

For the chili mixture, add gram flour, green chillies, hing, coriander, turmeric powder, oat powder, oil, water, and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Now heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour the chili mixture into the pan and shape it into a round shape. Flip to the other side and let it cook until cooked through on both sides. Put some of the filling in the chilla, fold it up and remove it from the pan. Stuffed Oats Chilla is ready!
