Though tawa pulao is a common dish for everyone but what makes this particular recipe stand out is the cooking time. You can prepare it literally in just 10 minutes (since the basic preparations are done ahead of time). And if you start the recipe from scratch, it won’t take you more than 20-30 minutes to make the dish. Just sounds so perfect; is it not? So what are you waiting for? Quick Tawa Pulao Recipe for Lunch | How to make Tawa Pulao in 10 minutes:
To make tawa pulao you need cauliflower, beans, carrot, ghee, onions, tomatoes, garam masala, salt, coriander, mint, birista (brown onion) and of course parboiled rice.
First cut the vegetables and blanch them. Then heat the ghee in a pan and add the onions. Fry until the onions are golden brown in color. Then add the tomatoes and garam masala.
Finally, add precooked rice, salt and mix everything well on tawa. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and birista and serve warm.
