It’s summer and that means a lot of things – crowds, holidays, pool time and… HEAT.

But if you can’t make it to Universal this summer or just want to take a taste of it home with you, you can bring some fun into your home by making this cocktail!
Universal recently shared the recipe for their Berry Tasty Cocktail (yes, there is a pun IN the name 😂 ) of Lombard’s Seafood Grill at Universal Orlando.
This is what you need to make this drink at home!
ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 6 oz fresh lemonade
- A handful of blackberries and how many raspberries you want
You also need one cocktail shaker. You can get an entire cocktail shaker set on Amazon for $16.99 (or check out some of the other options online).
Pretty easy, right? Let’s get mixing!

Step 1: Place your blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and stir them together.
Step 2: Add your vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and a small amount of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake well to break up the fruit.
Step 3: Open pour into a Collins glass full of ice, top with your lemonade and stir to combine.
Step 4: Top the drink with some blackberries and raspberries, and you’re done!
And there you have it! A tasty, simple cocktail to remind you that you are at the theme park.
