Alia Bhatt’s beet salad recipe

On her Youtube channel, Alia shared the recipe for her favorite beet salad that she ate a lot during the shooting of her film, Dear Zindagi, starring Shah Rukh Khan. Beets are super healthy for our bodies as they are rich in essential vitamins and nutrients that help our cells grow and function.
Ingredients:
- 1 boiled and grated beetroot
- 1 cup yogurt
- Pinch of salt, pepper, chaat masala and coriander powder
- Black mustard and cumin seeds
- hinge
- curry leaves
- ¼ tablespoon oil
How to make Alia Bhatt’s beet salad

In a bowl, combine the beetroot, yogurt, salt, pepper, chaat masala and coriander powder. For the salad dressing, place black mustard, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves and oil in another small bowl. Combine the two mixes together.
And voila! Alia’s favorite salad is ready. As an extra step, you can also garnish it by adding a few curry leaves.
Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Rajma Salad Recipe

Kareena has previously revealed that she loves rajma salad in the summer. Her rajma salad recipe is quick and fresh. Rajma has several health benefits as it helps regulate blood sugar levels, strengthen bones and is perfect for a weight loss friendly diet.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and bell pepper
- 3/4 cup cooked rajma
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- A pinch of salt, pepper and chaat masala
How do you make Kareena Kapoor’s rajma salad?

Take a large bowl, add rajma and all other vegetables including tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, onions, bell pepper and coriander leaves and mix them all together. Finish it off with a pinch of salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice.
