HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) –
Attending the 148th Kentucky Derby, which is back up and running for the first time in three years, Chef Kenneth Hardiman and his team are hard at work preparing the exclusive dishes that more than 45,000 diners will enjoy this year. .
Part of the preparation involves using more than 1,000 pounds of Vidalia onions at both the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby events.
