How do you make Rooh Afza popsicles and pudding?
1) First take milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. In a bowl, add cornstarch, Rooh Afza syrup and water and mix well.
2) After the milk has boiled, add the cornstarch mixture and mix well. Just make sure there are no lumps. Add some Rooh Afza syrup and stir well. Remove from heat and divide into two separate bowls.
3) Now prepare the ice creams. To do this, take frozen bananas in one of the bowls and mix them well. Add Rooh Afza syrup, basil seeds and mix. Take the popsicle molds and put in some Rooh Afza syrup. Pour the prepared mixture into the moulds. Seal with the lids and place in the freezer for 5-6 hours to set, or at least until the popsicles are well set.
4) Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of fresh strawberries when done. Serve cool.
5) To make the pudding, mix together some slices of bread, Rooh Afza syrup and prepared Rooh Afza custard. Now take a ceramic or pewter mold and spread some Rooh Afza in it, followed by the batter.
6) Now steam it in a steamer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or until fully set.
7) As a final step, simply unmold and enjoy Rooh Afza bread pudding topped with Rooh Afza syrup, fresh mint leaves and strawberry.
