PETALING JAYA, May 25 Interested in discovering new recipes and getting prepackaged ingredient kits to prepare dishes? Launched this month, the new CookX App cooking application is designed for everyone with a whole host of features, functions and benefits aimed at ‘creator partners’.

Through the application, users can share recipes, upload how-to videos, increase their popularity and earn an income.

Creator partners can use their mobile phones to capture their creative cooking videos and upload them to the app with vibrant images and detailed step-by-step instructions.

Once creator partners have their own recipes and followers, CookX Asia will assist with logistics and delivery functionalities to enable budding chefs to earn money and earn an income.

CookX Asia founder Wong Yew Mun said in a statement that CookX Asia is committed to providing stay-at-home moms and aspiring professional chefs with a platform to enhance their culinary journey.

“Through the application, we want to create a space for them to showcase their delectable creations and then develop an ecosystem that can help monetize their talents.

“We also want to attract millions of users, especially the younger generations who value convenience, such as cooking at home and using sustainable methods to reduce food waste.” Through the app, creator partners can sell their dishes as ready meals or focus on the ingredients that appear in their recipes through Eco-Packs.

These packs contain ingredients from recipes that are pre-measured according to the needs of the user.

The Eco-Packs are designed to encourage users to explore cooking while keeping the task simple, so anyone at home can cook like an expert at any time.

Creator partners have the option to create, pack and sell their own Eco-Packs or they can create their own recipes with the help of the CookX Asia team to store, fill the packs according to the recipes and fill.

Speak with Malay MailWong said anyone can sign up under CookX Asia because it is a marketplace where anyone can upload their video recipes online, which are rated by users based on ratings.

“However, a 15 percent commission per transaction is charged through the app with a limit of RM10.

“Not only that, a 10 percent loyalty commission is paid to the creators who make the video – with the CookX Asia team being the ones who would deliver the Eco-Pack to users.

“From now on, the Eco-Packs will only include cakes and pastries, but in the next phase, the team will roll out main meals.” With no setup costs, anyone can sign up and start using the app within three to five days of registration.

Founded in 2021, CookX Asia is a social cooking app that allows the community to interact with each other, while inspiring and supporting each other to build a healthy income stream for themselves.
