  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 shots original Soju

To step:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk 30 ml hot water, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules into a thick creamy foam.
  2. Pour Soju into the glass and fill it with ice and milk.
  3. Top it off with coffee cream.

To step:

  1. Dip a martini glass in chocolate sauce, then cookie crumbs to make a rim.
