This ahi tuna poke is packed with flavor and easy to toss together. Start cutting sushi quality raw tuna diced and add to a mixing bowl. Then add green onions, sweet white onion and ginger. Then mix in sesame oil, soy sauce and ponzu sauce. Finally, sprinkle over some chili powder and sesame seeds and mix everything well. Then add a pinch of sugar before serving.

For a salad that is dressed to impress, look no further than this recipe. First, add arugula and cherry tomatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Then add white beans mixed with pesto and garlic croutons. Finally, sprinkle with a balsamic glaze and enjoy!

Tomatoes combined with watermelon make this Gazpacho recipe “soup-er” tasty. Start by adding chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, peeled and chopped cucumbers, pieces of stale white bread, garlic, olive oil and sherry vinegar in a mixing bowl. Then season with salt and pepper.
