The royal family’s favorite recipes | Meals loved by members of the British monarchy

Meghan, who is crazy about health, once shared her popular recipe for a three-ingredient zucchini pasta.

The Duchess posted this recipe on her blog before becoming a royal, inspiring thousands of fans to try it out for themselves.

Meghan’s four-ingredient method involves slow-cooking the zucchini for four to five hours, until it melts into a delicious creamy sauce that can then be tossed with pasta.

“The sauce gets so creamy you’d swear there’s a lot of butter and oil in it, but it’s just zucchini, water and a little broth,” Meghan said.

The former royal once described her pasta recipe as “low-carb, sexy, nasty” in an interview with Delightful.
