First, take pieces of mutton and make slashes in them. Marinate it with salt and ginger-garlic paste. Put it in the fridge for a few hours. Now heat some oil in a pan and fry the onions. Then add ginger and garlic with tomatoes and mix. Set this aside. In a bowl, mix the curds with red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, haldi powder and salt.
