Air-Fryer Chocolate Chip Biscuit Skillet

For this recipe, start with your typical cookie dough recipe of eggs, flour, butter, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and bicarbs. Instead of breaking it up into small pieces, put the entire dough in a preheated skillet and let it cook. Like most recipes, there are several versions of this cookie skillet. You can substitute ingredients to make it gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian.

The end result should be a golden brown cookie, crisp on the edges and gooey in the middle, on a skillet. This recipe is made for several servings so you can surprise your family or friends with this beautiful dish. You can reheat this dish, so don’t worry if you can’t finish it completely! Don’t forget to treat everyone to a generous scoop of ice cream!

Here’s an Instagram post from @justataste showing her cookie cookie recipe using the stovetop instead of an air fryer. The link to the recipe should be in her bio for everyone.
