In fact, there are many benefits to consuming cheese. It is a great source of calcium, fat and protein. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B12, along with zinc, phosphorus and riboflavin.

Fortunately, there is a day to celebrate cheese!

Instant Mug Mac N Cheese: When you are at work or want to have macaroni and cheese as a snack instead of making a huge pot of food. Try this little trick that will literally take you 3 minutes to make this meal. In a mug, add a scoop of pasta, then add appropriate amount of water and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir it well and make sure there is no more water in the mug. Then add some milk and cheese and stir until the cheese in the mug and Bon Appetite!

Grilled Cheese Hack: Do you want to have a tasty sandwich quickly but you don’t have a grill, don’t let that stop you. Spread some butter on one slice of bread on both sides, then add two slices of cheddar cheese and then another slice of bread with butter on top. Then place your sandwich in kitchen foil and close it. Then take your iron and place it on the sandwich for a maximum of a few minutes, then turn it and press the other side as well with your iron and there you have it!

Homemade cheese sticks: If you are a cheese lover, this hack is for you. Take a block of cheddar cheese and cut it into rectangular blocks. Place a wooden stick in each block. Then dip it in flour, then dip it in an egg wash and finally in breadcrumbs. Finally, boil some oil and fry your cheesy sticks. Delicious with some ketchup or sauce of your choice!
